Dr. Jay Rosania, owner and clinic director, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Seton Hall University where he was admitted into the Alpha Eta Society- the highest academic achievement in allied health sciences. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Gettysburg College.
Dr. Rosania is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. This distinction signifies that he has earned the highest-leveled credential a physical therapist can earn in the field. Jay has also earned his diploma of Osteopractic, Dry Needling certification and Spinal Manipulative Therapy certification from this prestigious post-doctoral program.
Jay utilizes a patient-centered approach where in his clinic you will receive ONE-ON-ONE care for a FULL hour. This sets him apart from other clinics because this one-on-one care enables you (as the patient) to be in charge of your treatment by focusing on your specific goals and individual needs. Unlike most physical therapy clinics- this one-on-one care allows you to have Dr. Rosania’s undivided attention in order to address each and every one of your concerns- you will never again feel like you got lost in the health care system where your concerns were not adequately addressed.
Jay is always excited to combine his joy of sports with a passion to create a healthy environment in learning how to avoid injury and stay with the sports you love, no matter the age! That is why Jay is certified through Titleist Performance Institute to help golfers play the sport they love, without pain, forever. His passion for golf led him to Author the book, Golf is Not a Sport: A Physical Therapist's Guide to Staying on the Course
“Working with my golf athletes always includes an exploration of the golf swing and the hunger to continuously develop as a golfer but also as an athlete”.
Outside of physical therapy, Dr. Rosania enjoys a round of golf, spending time with his family, attending football games (Go Giants!) and frequenting to the Jersey shore.

Particularly for those who are interested in returning to sports/working out or to be to perform simple day to day tasks without consciously thinking of their symptoms.
Dr. Julie’s interest in Women’s Health stemmed from her own experience with a lack of resources and support following the delivery and postpartum care of her own two children. She is now using her voice and advanced post-doctoral training to provide support for postpartum women.
Dr. Julie graduated from Bucknell University with a major in Psychology. She was named on the Dean’s List and Women’s Track & Field Academic Honor Roll.
